1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at www.bluesummitaisolutions.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Blue Summit AI Solutions provides the following services to local businesses:

• Custom website design and development
• CRM setup and management (GoHighLevel)
• AI receptionist and chat automation
• Review automation and reputation management
• SMS and email appointment confirmation workflows
• Local SEO optimization

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual client agreements or proposals.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each client agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Monthly retainer services are billed at the beginning of each month
• One-time setup fees are due prior to project commencement
• All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our 30-Day Guarantee

4. 30-Day Guarantee

If you do not see meaningful improvement within 30 days of your systems going live, we will refund your first month's retainer fee. This guarantee applies to ongoing service agreements only and does not apply to one-time setup or development fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and timely feedback
• Grant necessary access to platforms required to deliver services
• Comply with all applicable laws when using automated messaging features
• Obtain proper consent from their own customers before sending SMS communications

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the custom website code and content created specifically for them. Blue Summit AI Solutions retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, templates, and processes used to deliver services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Blue Summit AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
